VEP 100 and GRCh37

I've installed latest VEP distribution (100). It asked me for installing FASTA file and I Saw it installed homo_sapiens/100_GRCh38 file, I was wondering where I can find the GRCh37 for this VEP 100 version?

I looked into ftp://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-100/fasta/homo_sapiens/dna/ but there's only GRCh38

Any idea where to find the file?

Hi cocchi.e89,

The GRCh37 FASTA files can be found here: http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/grch37/release-100/fasta/homo_sapiens/

However, to manually install the GRCh37 cache, you can use the files found in the following directory: http://ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-100/variation/vep/

using the instructions on the following page: http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/vep/script/vep_cache.html#cache
