To know the breast cancer subtypes and molecular types from TCGA data
Hello,
I'm using the TCGA data related to Breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA).
I downloaded the clinical data that contains the clinical feature of each patient from TCGA.
My problem is that I can't find the subtypes of breast cancer and their molecular subtypes also. For example Luminal A, Luminal B, HER2+ve and Basal are the breast cancer subtypes and ER, PR, HER2 are their molecular subtypes.
Where can I find the subtypes information of BRCA for TCGA data? Does it exist at all? Please help me in this regard.
Thanks Ashmita

There are perhaps other ways of looking at this. Scrolls in the tables over to right to see info you want.
