How to download the mutational signatures for TCGA?
Hi,
I have been trying to work out how to easily obtain the mutational signature for the TCGA cohort? I have tried to download some of the files from https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-020-1943-3 , but to no avail as I am always getting errors about the link being broken.
I am simply looking for a list with the TCGA patient ID, and the scores for each mutational signature available.

See https://docs.icgc-argo.org/docs/data-access/icgc-25k-data . You'll need to apply for access to that sftp server, as of this month.
