Regarding correlation analysis
- I was performing DEG analysis on breast cancer dataset from tcga brca where the heatmap was not coming out fine.
- I performed correlation analysis between cnv data and gene expression data of TCGA BRCA. But everytime the correlation I am obtaining is wrong. How to proceed?
