Copy number variation analysis
Hi I am trying to study the correlation of CNV and transcriptomic data in gastric cancer. I have downloaded the CNV dataset from TCGA and also from FireBrowse. In FireBrowse, i can see the samples, chromosome, number of probes, segment mean etc. and in TCGA the focal scores. I cant understand from these how I can do the correlation analysis. Please help me.
