How to create marker file for Gistic?
What is marker file in gistic? How can be it created or from where it can be downloaded? I have segment file downloaded from TCGA, seented file have sample name, chromosome number, start position, end position, number of probes and segment mean.
Next I need 'marker file' but I won't able to understand how can be it created or downloaded?
