Looking for expression dataset of mRNA and miRNA for normal/cancer samples (NOT from TCGA)

I constructed a regulatory network consisting of miRNAs and mRNAs using TCGA breast cancer data. I want to validate my result using other breast cancer dataset.

I am having hard time finding miRNA/mRNA expression data from a same set of samples which are NOT from TCGA. My search is not limited only to breast cancer, any miRNA and mRNA expression data from a same set of samples are welcome. May someone kindly point me to some sources? Thanks!

in http://zmf.umm.uni-heidelberg.de/apps/zmf/mirwalk2/miRpub.html you can take experimentally validated targets of miRNAs. but how you draw regulatory network of miRNA-targets? may you tell me please
