Help : Run EVE for CAMK2A.
Hello,
Can someone run EVE for me. On EVE website (http://evemodel.org/) the results of CAMK2A (Q9UQM7) protein are not included. If someone can run it for me, I would be grateful. There is a github repository that helps in running the model. I can't do it myself because I have just a laptop, and the model training may needs a server.
