How can i use ESM-1v ?

I'm doing a study where I need to use several Variant Effect Predictors. In the literature, I found that the tool ESM-1v is powerful and outperform the majority of available algorithms. I'm new to coding that's why I have some difficulties to use tools like ESM-1v. If anyone could help me I would be grateful.
