Hi everyone,

I'm struggled with the FASTLINK tool for linkage analysis. I know there are much more recent, user-friendly and powerful software but I need to replicate the methodology described in a publication. Unfortunately I'm not able to find any tutorial around the web.

I have several pedigrees in tabular format with genotypic and phenotypic information. I just need to measure the association (LOD score) of a single candidate variant with the familial trait.
