Is refSeq table DNA or RNA coordinate?
is the table for ncbiRefSeqCurated on genome.ucsc.edu DNA or RNA coordinates? I'm looking genomic coordinates of protein coding genes in human genome. I'm not sure if i'm using the right table?

Positions are based on chromosome coordinates and are for exons. See example gene in genome viewer --> https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=hg38&lastVirtModeType=default&lastVirtModeExtraState=&virtModeType=default&virtMode=0&nonVirtPosition=&position=chr1%3A12010%2D13670&hgsid=2077707250_pLimH7ju117hXF3QQ5OAuPiOlARu

Did you look at the data format description page for the table?
