Homer giving troubles

I am trying to run annotatePeaks.pl in the homer suite, this is the first time for me trying to run homer but i keep getting the error that some files are not found even though they are present in the mentioned directory. Can someone guide me to fix this error please ? enter image description here

Hello,

Please try executing and exporting the path to HOMER

export PATH=$PATH:/data//programs/Homer/bin/ #installed bin location

echo $PATH

My guess is that this bin folder needs to be in PATH.

export PATH=$PATH:/path/to/this/bin

Hi ATpoint,

I installed homer and want to annotate my peaks using the mm10 genome. The genome is already installed and I can get the normal output. But the "detailed annotation" column is NA. Do you know how to fix it? Thank you a lot!
