Using GEO RNA seq datasets for retrieving gene expression and analysis in partek genomic suite

enter image description here I am learning to use partek genomic suite to analyze GEO datasets. I am stuck at the end stage where I am not able to see any gene symbols(Coulmn 2- Column ID))in the spreadsheet after completion of analysis. ( Please guide me through this. Thanks
