I need to run wombat tool but i am stuck in creating parameter file. Please guide how can i calculate upper triangle of random effects covariances and upper triangle residual covariances mentioned in the example parameter file attached below. Can wombat automatically calculate if not given in parameter file.

Please note that i have 21 traits.
