Hi all,

I have annotated a bacterial genome using Prokka, and used Artemis to visualize the predicted features. I managed to open the .gff file with Artemis without any issues and added some features before saving the entry.

The next morning when I tried to open the exact same file with Artemis, it does not work anymore as nothing happens when I select the modified .gff file. I do not have any error message.

Can you help me please figuring out what the issue is, please?
