Error when I want to visualize the annotation in artemis
Hello people, how is it going? I wanted to know if you can help me, I assembled a genome and annotated it with prokka. When I want to visualize it in artemis I see that the annotation (.gbk and .gff) is out of phase with respect to the .fna file.
How can I fix it?
