Extract cluster genes
Hello friends, how is it going?
The question is the following, I have 10 bacterial genomes (.fna) of 2Mb and a cluster region of interest of 70kb. How can I extract the gene sequences of the cluster in the 10 genomes (without extracting manually each gene)?
