Alternative tool or website of PathogenFinder

Hi all,

Could you please suggest any alternative method to distinguish between pathogen/nonpathogen bacteriaL stratin from WGS or annotated data.

PathogenFinder is ideal for this task, but the website doesnot work.

Could you please bump this question.. GenoMax
