Representation of SV(genomic structural variation) with Circos plots
Hi I want to draw a circos plot of the results of structural variation of a genome.
I would like to represent different types of structural variation(DUP, INS, DEL, INV) within a circle with different colors, instead of representing them with different circles, how should I achieve this?

Try reading the documentation or go through a tutorial first. Both are very thorough and will be appropriate for most use cases.
If you've had a good go at it and you're still stuck, come back, show what you've tried and provide some data and you should get some more help. Questions that feel like "do my work for me" don't get much support on here.
