Hello everyone
Do you know any insilico tool that can predict potential disulfide bonds in an enzyme? Especially a user friendly one.
Thank you in advance

A well known one out there is Pymol. It's widely used in drug discovery and understanding protein structural biology. You will need the coordinates of your enzyme, which may be downloaded on PDB.
