User-friendly GUI software for viewing RNA expression from GEO SRA

Hello,

can anyone suggest a user-friendly GUI software which I can input GEO or SRA accession number and then search the expression data for genes of interest?

You may find some information at GEO profiles. See examples on that page.

EBI has Expression atlas.

Otherwise data in SRA is mostly raw i.e. sequence. You will need to do additional work to get it to the point of being able to view expression data.

Not exactly what you're looking for but take a look at BioJupies. You can take the resulting notebook and play with the figures
