Filtering variants - VarSeq alternative
Hello, recently I have been visiting other labs abroad and I saw, that they are using software called VarSeq (by GoldenHelix) for filtering variants. It imports vcf, enables users to apply filters and adding annotations and compute new columns to the data.
Unfortunately, we are not able to afford these kind of software. Do you think that there is any free alternative for this software, with really user-friendly GUI? Because filtering in Excel starts to be overwhelming...
