What is the output of the data in the Megan6 attribution table, taxons, OTU, ASV? How can I consider the numbers presented in the table and quantify them in the best way to present the results?

The exported data depends on your specific interests; you can export reads to taxID, read to taxpath, or taxID to count, based on your analysis type. MEGAN6 offers various plots and analysis types to present your data.
