Regional sequences extraction
Hello,
I would like to know the way how to extract regional sequences from the whole chloroplast DNA from the lab extraction. My targeted regional sequences are rpl32-trnl, ndhA intron, and ndhF-rpl32. When I make the annotation of the whole genome, I can't find these three regions. I just found rpl32, ndhA and ndhF, not rpl32-trnl, ndhA intron and ndhF-rpl32. Could you please guide me how I can make the extraction of my targeted three regional sequences.
