extraction of plasmid DNA
Will I be able to get plasmid DNA if I use commercial DNA extraction kit. Which DNA extraction kit will give the best yield. I intend to do whole genome sequencing on Klebsiella pneumonia and am hoping to get plasmid sequences also.
