GTF file tomato
HI Everybody I'd like to run the mapping of tomato reads; But not able to find the GTF file. Is there a way to locate this format or convert the GFF file into GTF.

Click on Download button. You probably want the RefSeq assembly. Select genome sequence (fasta), annotation (GTF) and transcripts (if you want to use something like salmon) so all data would be consistent.
