Extract KEGG pathway hierarchy

Hi,

How can I extract the hierarchy of the pathways in Kegg using Kegg API? Please let me know if there is any other way also. E.g.,: TLR1/2/4-NFKB signaling pathway is a child of TLR signaling and TLR signaling is a child of Innate immune pathways.
