Can I repeat markers in different cell types in the MCP-counter custom panel?
Hello guys, I have a simple question about the MCP-counter custom markers panel. Can I repeat the same marker in different cell types when making a custom panel? Per example CD3 is both expressed in T helper cells and T regulatory cells.
Should I use CD3 and CD4 for T helper cells and CD3 and FOXP3 for T regulatory cells or should I stick with only the CD4 and FOXP3 markers?
Aprecciate any help you can give! Thank you
