How to cluster single cell data using list of markers?
Hi,
I have a (single cell)) RNA Seq data of Marker X expressed by 100 cells and also I have markers for its subgroups (Marker list-1,2,3,4,5). How can I subgroup them based on these marker's expression!
I ran RSEM and Have expected count,TPM,FPKM for all the 100 sequences!
Please help, Thanks!

You can try SEURAT , MONOCLE. There could be much more awesome-single-cell
