cell type grouping
HI
I was wondering if anybody here knows of a software or tool or even a curated list of cell types and their sub cell types? I basically have a bunch of cell types ( few hundreds ) and I want to be able to group them into a higher cell type.
For example : grouping Tem, Temra, activated T, T helper cells into a group called T cells
Any suggestion would really help!
