Tools for getting significant interactions in the HiC-data?

I am working on HiC-Data, I want to predict all the significant interactions based on normalized distance.
For this i am using 3DIV database as a reference. Till now I looked at MHiC
But the tool is not giving the desired results. Tried correlating the MHiC output with the 3DIV Data, there is no correlation. Then I looked in to covnorm as it mentioned in the supplementary paper of 3DIV. According to the paper they created coverage profile using coverageBed from BEDtools, but the input required for covnorm and the output of coverageBed is differently. So right now i am not able to figure out how to solve this.

So I want to know are there any other tools for this? Thank you in advance

Yes, I recommend you HiC-pro, or HOMER, in that order.
