I am working on a metagenomics project and I am in the part where I should work on the identification of AMR genes from metagenomics data ... I started reading articles and browsing tools and pipelines, but what I like to do always is to practice by myself and try to compare the available tools.

So my question is, Is there any metagenomics dataset (ONT if possible), that contains some known AMR genes in order to test the pipelines and choose the best one of them?
