phyloseq Analysis using R

I need support to plot few graphs from my phloseq object using R. the data metagenomics dataset and want to see the microbial composition in my samples and also heatmaps of AMR genes and bacterials species. thank you

Have a go at doing the work first, or search for tutorials like this one, we're not here to write code for you. If you get stuck, provide your code and a small dataset if possible (dput is useful here).
