Downloading a selected list of methylation probes from cBioportal
Hello everyone,
I have a list of methylation probes (n=350 probes, Illumina HumanMethylationInfinium 450K) that I would like to systematically investigate in the cbioportal data. Is there a way to download only these probes using the API? or do I have to download for all datasets the entire methylation arrays and then filter?
