BIONIC network integration package
Hello,
I was wondering if anyone used the BIONIC package (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41592-022-01616-x) and if yes, what did you think about it? I have been struggling with it (I am very new to python and used to R packages) and wanted a "review" so thought of posting here and asking. Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
