How to identify the length of LSC, SSC and IR in Chloroplast genome?
Hello everyone.
I would like to know the length of LSC, SSC and IR in chloroplast genome. I have found in many articles the author list the length of these parts, but they do not show how to obtain these results. Is there any method or tools could do this?
