how to plot distribution of SNPs across a set of genes based on distance between snp and gene
Hello everyone,
I have a gene set file. I want to plot a distribution plot for SNP distance across different gene sets. I want to plot this kind of graph:
Is there any tool for doing this? Or any method on how to begin with this?
