How to create GO Bar Plot using data obtained from DAVID Functional Enrichment Analysis?

Hi,

I have done DAVID Functional Enrichment Analysis. My objective now is to plot the BP, CC, & MF using a barplot like image i shown here enter image description here

I do read a lot recommend using R, but i don't have any prior experience using R nor any GSEA tool... So yeah that's all, sorry if my english is bad.

If you search "DAVID dotplot" on this forum, you have many answers to your question. Note that you can also perform DAVID Functional Enrichment Analysis directly in clusterProfiler: https://guangchuangyu.github.io/2015/03/david-functional-analysis-with-clusterprofiler/
