As the title says, with the exit of the Pfam site everything is migrating here https://www.ebi.ac.uk/interpro/search/sequence/
Unfortunately it seems we can't build a query of nucleotides against interpro. Besides a search in blastx where can I search a nucleotide against pfam or uniprot genes?
I am asking this because I already searched these nucleotide sequences and I am quite sure they match against some Pfam targets but I would like to send a few of these query sequences to a colleague in order he can check by himself in a website that these are an almost exact match with those families or motives.
Cheers,
Andrés

Galaxy has the InterproScan tool with an option to run from DNA sequences. The command line application certainly runs on nucleotide sequences.
The European instance has it: https://usegalaxy.eu/ usegalaxy.org doesn't have it installed but it's in the toolchain.
