Datasets of dog genomes to determine breed composition of an unknown dog
Hello,
does anybody know about some datasets (preferably publicly available) which would allow determining the breed of an unknown dog from its WGS or microarray-based genetic data?
Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
