heart antigen

Hello Everyone,

I know some antigen databases. Such as:

http://www.imtech.res.in/raghava/antigendb,

https://violinet.org/protegen/index.php.

Anyone has any idea that I can find heart atigen?

Thanks in advance for great help!

Best,

Yue

heart antigen database

Looks like a collection of antigens that are implicated in heart disease : https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/immunology-and-microbiology/heart-antigen

variety of cardiac antigens including G protein–linked receptors (such as those to β1-adrenoreceptors and muscarinic receptors), mitochondrial antigens, adenosine diphosphate, adenosine triphosphate carrier proteins, and cardiac myosin heavy chain

Thank for your great help!

I think it is heart biomarker. Such as: AST, LDH, LDH1, HBDH, CK, CK-MB, MYO, cTN, BNP, NT-proBNP, Hs-CRP, MPO, ST2,cTNI, CTNT.

Thank you again!

Best,

Yue
