gnomad data - Allele freq for latino population
Hi, I'm new to using gnomad. I downloaded the data of exomes chrX. it looks like this for example :
when I look at the data on their website :
I'm intrested in the allele frequency - total and Latino . I was wondering where I can see this information in the gnomad data downloaded is it the AF= allele freq in the info column? and where can I see the Latino population . thank you:)
