Hello everyone!

I am currently working on a cut&run experiment using the cutruntools pipeline. I see in the paper that the pipeline exports a metrics file that contains information like the distribution of the fragments & the adapter presence. However, I don't get any other metrics file apart from the one exported by picard nor I see in the code where it is supposed to be created. I have tried just running the example data as well without changing anything and I don't find something then either. Does someone know if the metrics file mentioned is only that one from picard?
