Gene prioritization
Hello
Can anyone suggest a pipeline/tools for gene prioritization using GWAS summary statistics and brain gene expression data. I can find MAGMA, MetaXcan and lot of other tools for gene prioritization. So many tools are out there but not sure which one would be appropriate for the prioritization using brain gene expression and GWAS summary statistics.
