Which data files are required to find GWAS summary statistics?

I have .bed, .bim, and .fam files among these which data files are used to find GWAS summary statistics and how to find them using plink?

Can anyone please tell me, which data files are used to find GWAS summary statistics?

You need to run a GWAS on those files first to get the summary stats.

Yes, you need all 3 files. Look up 'GWAS in plink' and there is lots of tutorials and help.
