GWAS Power Calculation for Quantitative Trait

Hi All,

I'm fairly new to computational genetics and I am planning on conducting a GWAS of general cognitive ability. I'm planning on using summary statistics so the data are already collected. I am struggling with post-hoc power calculations for a quantitative trait. Most online tools require a case-control design. Can anyone suggest a power calculator for GWAS of a quantitative trait?
