Hi everyone!

I'm trying to use Pysim-sv simulator to generate germinal and somatic variants. I keep getting "key error" while trying to simulate variants (there's a problem with the script pysim1.py I think). Did anyone of you try Pysim-sv? Is anyone able to solve this issue?
