Does PCAWG have any advantage compared to TCGA for studying protein-coding regions?
Hi all,
I want to study mutations that occur in some protein-coding genes. I don't know the data of which study is better for this aim, TCGA or PCAWG? Both of them have the data of my interest cancer type and the number of samples in TCGA is more. Does PCAWG have any advantage compared to TCGA for studying protein-coding regions?
