Metabolic network construction and modelling
Hi Everyone,
I do have data from gene expression, proteomics, and metabolomics. I would like to construct and model a biological process based on those data. Thus, I would like to get any advice and software to perform this type of analysis. I am working on a non-model plant species. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
