Seeking Help for Reanalysis of Raw WES Data

Hello everyone,

I have raw data from Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and would like to perform a reanalysis. I am looking for guidance on where I can do this, preferably with access to bioinformatics tools or experts who could assist in the process.

Are there any platforms, research groups, or institutions that offer free or low-cost support for reanalyzing WES data? Any recommendations for open-source pipelines or bioinformatics communities that could help with variant calling and interpretation would also be appreciated.

I think it is probably worth investing the time needed to get a professional community pipeline running like https://nf-co.re/sarek/3.5.1/

This way you can stick to best practices and also gain support from a vibrant community.
